Camden Council Library Service
The theme for History week 2008 is ‘The Water’s Edge’ and Camden is celebrating the role of the Nepean River in the location and life of our town and area. These images are a selection of photos relating to the recreational, agricultural and industrial uses of the river as well as images of floods, bridges and boats.
Camden Council Library Service and Camden Historical Society are also asking
the community to donate photographs relating to the river to be included
in their online image database HistoryPix accessible through the library
website.
